Alberta Regional Championships 2025

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Alberta.

    Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    ALBERTA GAMING, LIQUOR AND CANNABIS COMMISSION #739321

    1 for $5.00; 500 tickets
    10 for $10.00; 4000 tickets
    60 for $20.00; 15000 tickets
    200 for $50.00; 15000 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $7,625.00.

    Early Bird #1 ticket sales deadline: June 28, 2025 at 12:30:00 p.m. MDT

    50/50 draw: June 30, 2025 at 1:00:00 p.m. MDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at Calgary Rugby Union 9025 Shepard Rd NE Calgary, AB T2C 4R6

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://rugbyalberta.rafflenexus.com/winners on June 30, 2025.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Rugby Alberta.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Rugby Alberta or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Rugby Alberta does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: info@rugbyalberta.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Other

    Please email our team at info@rugbyalberta.com should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Cause

Raffle proceeds will go to Wolf Pack Age Grade programs. Alberta Rugby is the provincial governing body for Rugby in Alberta and is a Provincial Union of Rugby Canada, the national governing body. Rugby Alberta Rugby leads and manages the sport with the aim to grow participation and develop excellence in all facets in the sport. Funds will aim to make Rugby accessible and enjoyable for all.
