1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Alberta.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

2. 50/50

1 for $5.00; 1000 tickets
10 for $10.00; 5000 tickets
60 for $20.00; 10020 tickets
200 for $50.00; 10000 tickets

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

Maximum 50/50 payout will be $7,920.00.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: July 2, 2023 at 12:30:00 p.m. MDT

Draw
50/50 draw: July 2, 2023 at 1:00:00 p.m. MDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at St. Albert Rugby Club 11 Riel Dr, St Albert AB T8N 5B4

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://rugbyalberta.rafflenexus.com/winners on July 2, 2023.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the The Alberta Rugby Football Union.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the The Alberta Rugby Football Union or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

The Alberta Rugby Football Union does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: info@rugbyalberta.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
